Thankfully, that pamphlet exists, and it even includes two checklists. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration put out a simple guide explaining the very basic regulations and expectations for bus owners and group transportation providers.
Of course, the rules are always changing and no easy-to-read guide will be able to deliver the most detailed regulations that tend to vary state-by-state, but the guide will give you a good idea of what to expect if you decide to become a bus owner or mass transportation provider.
