TRP has announced it is expanding its services to include selling aftermarket school bus seat foam, along with its existing school bus seat cover products.
The Renton, Washington division of Paccar said TRP bus seat foam meets all requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) for vehicle seating and comes in standard and specialty bus seat sizes.
“TRP is setting itself apart by offering individually packaged bus seat covers, and foam in packages of three to five; reducing, or in some cases eliminating, additional high freight costs customers typically experience”, said Dale Puhrmann, national sales manager of the bus segment at TRP bus parts, in a statement.
TRP has made a name for itself with its seat covers, made with quality stitching and strict standards to ensure their structural integrity. The bus seat covers and new foam school bus seat foam products are available from the company’s dealer network, with many colors and sizes available for seat covers. TRP also has fire retardant and anti-graffiti coating options.
“We’re excited to continue expanding our school bus aftermarket parts, which provide the value, and reliability our customers expect from TRP,” added Puhrmann.
